Welcome Fall...and some exciting NEWS!

Tomorrow marks the Autumnal Equinox, known to most of us as the First Day of Fall. While some of you may have already been enjoying your spiced pumpkin lattes, tomorrow we can officially begin the new season.

Lots of news to share...and something special just for you!

With every new season comes new things to see and explore with your children! There are so many fun things to do with your kids in the Fall, and our family always makes a "Fall Bucket List" with all of our favorite activities. You can search Pinterest for some fantastic examples of these, and Rachelle at Tinkerlab, features a wonderful list, which you can find here.

Who doesn't love a kid in rain boots?

My own kids' most beloved Fall traditions include:

- Stomping in leaves around the neighborhood after a big storm

- Playing at our annual Preschool Fall Carnival

- Watching "It's The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown"

- Making Halloween sugar cookies with Nana (which includes lots of sprinkles!)

- Eating Pumpkin Pancakes on foggy Sunday mornings

- Picking the perfect pumpkin at the farm near Grandma and Grandpa's house

- Decorating for Halloween (my kids count the days until we can start getting festive!)

Over here at Little Seeds Workshop, we are starting NEW Fall traditions with our Toddler Garden & Nature Class Sessions, and we are VERY excited to announce that we are adding a NEW Friday Parent/Tot Class to our lineup! The Friday morning session will include eight classes, beginning Friday, October 7th, and running weekly through December 9th.
